研究目的：

比较常规意识障碍促醒手段与常规外加三叉神经电刺激促醒的疗效，观察并探讨此疗法的短期及长期临床疗效和价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of conventional approaches and the combination of conventional approaches and trigeminal nerve electrical stimulation（TNS） on conscious disturbance awakening, and to further explore the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy and value of TNS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）脑干大片梗死或出血；
2）既往有精神疾病史、酒精药物滥用史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Infarction or hemorrhage of brain stem;
2) Patients with a history of mental illness and history of alcohol abuse.
