研究目的：

本项目采用随机对照双盲的研究设计，旨在研究经颅直流电刺激对卒中后抑郁患者恢复情况影响的规律与安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Investigator aim to assess the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) of the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPF) on the level of post-stroke depression（PSD） patients in a double blind randomized sham controlled study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 卒中前有精神疾患者；
2. 患者伴有严重的意识障碍、失语、理解表达障碍及认知障碍（MMSE≤9分）；
3. 患者有癫痫发作病史；
4. 颅内、心脏等体内有植入金属物件者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mentally diseases patients before stroke;
2. Patients with severe disturbances of consciousness, aphasia, understanding of expression disorders and cognitive impairment (MMSE <= 9 points);
3. The patient has a history of seizures;
4. Intracranial, cardiac, etc. have implanted metal objects.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用SPSS统计分析软件的相关程序产生研究所需的随机方案。随机化过程中设定的各参数等相关内容均保存在盲底中。当合格受试者入组时，由课题负责人将装有随机号分组信息的不透明信封交给研究者。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

To avoid a selective bias, all enrolled patients will be divided into two groups: group A(acupuncture) and group B(control) using the random scheme generated from SPSS software. The serial number is sealed in a non-transparent envelop and transferred to the researcher from the principle investigator.
