研究目的：

该项目为病例对照研究，研究对象为摄食中枢及非摄食中枢脑实质出血患者的菌群-肠-脑轴的特点。随机将患者分摄食中枢组、非摄食中枢组，比较两组患者在肠道菌群多样性、胃肠道功能、炎症反应、近-远期神经功能以及最终预后是否有差异。该研究有望明确不同类型脑出血的菌群-肠-脑轴特点和疾病发展、转归之间的关系。预期成果：摄食中枢和非摄食中枢部位脑实质出血患者的菌群-肠-脑轴特点各不相同，摄食中枢受损的患者其肠道菌群将受到更严重的打击，并通过双向作用对疾病发展和预后产生影响。

Objectives of Study：

This was a case-control study on the characteristics of the microbiota - intestinal - cerebral axis in patients with central and non-central cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage.Patients were randomly divided into feeding center group and non-feeding center group, and differences in intestinal flora diversity, gastrointestinal function, inflammatory response, near-long-term nerve function and final prognosis were compared between the two groups.This study is expected to clarify the relationship between the microbiota - intestinal - cerebral axis characteristics of different types of intracerebral hemorrhage and the development and outcome of the disease.Expected results: the microbiota - intestinal - cerebral axis characteristics of patients with parenchymal hemorrhage in feeding center and non-feeding center were different, and the intestinal microbiota of patients with impaired feeding center would be more seriously affected, and would affect the disease development and prognosis through two-way action.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已接受广谱、长期或联合抗感染治疗
2.最近3个月内接触抗生素或免疫抑制剂/激素类治疗，有自身免疫性疾病
3.既往有胃肠道手术、肿瘤史，无慢性腹泻、腹胀、便秘等胃肠道功能障碍史
4.既往有肿瘤、糖尿病病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received broad-spectrum, long-term or combined anti-infection treatment
2. Have been exposed to antibiotics or immunosuppressant/hormone therapy within the last 3 months, and have autoimmune diseases
3. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery and tumor, no history of gastrointestinal dysfunction such as chronic diarrhea, abdominal distension and constipation;
4. Previous history of cancer and diabetes.
