Objectives of Study: |
1. Looking for the specific multiple molecular regulatory network based on circRNA-miRNA in the early-onset schizophrenia; 2. Evaluating the value of the specific circRNA-miRNA multiple molecular regulatory network in the diagnosis of early-onset schizophrenia to establish a molecular marker network for the diagnosis of EOS. |

本研究选取处于神经发育敏感期的早发型精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用病例对照和前瞻性追踪研究的实验设计,整合基因调控表达的多层面指标,利用生物信息学方法构建以血浆circRNA和miRNA相互作用为核心的早发型精神分裂症的复合基因调控网络,并进行临床验证和诊断评价,以期来寻找用于早发型精神分裂症诊断的多分子网络标记。对此问题的阐明,将为精神分裂症生物标记物的研究提供新的思路,丰富精神分裂症“精准诊疗”的内容,同时也为提高该病目前的诊疗水平提供更具针对性的策略。 |

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail: |
This study will select early-onset schizophrenia (EOS) in neural development critical period as test subjects, adopt case-control and prospective study design, integrate multiple level indicators on gene expression regulation, utilize bioinformatics methods, and finally construct the plasma cirRNA-miRNA interaction centered regulatory network of EOS. Further, verification and diagnosis evaluation will be done in the follow-up sample in order to find the multiple molecular regulation networks serving as the biomarker of EOS diagnosis and treatment monitoring. The clarification of this subject may provide new thought on the study of schizophrenia biomarker, enrich the research contents of “Precision Medicine” of schizophrenia, and be a more effective strategy at the present level of diagnosis and treatment in schizophrenia. |

EOS:妊娠或哺乳期女性;患有重大躯体疾病或有颅脑外伤史;患有其它神经精神科疾病;最近六个月内接受过无抽搐电休克治疗(ECT)、抗精神病或抗抑郁药物治疗。 |
