研究目的：

1、寻找早发型精神分裂症特异的 circRNA-miRNA 多分子调控网络； 2、评价特异 circRNA-miRNA 多分子调控网络在早发型精神分裂症诊断中的价值，初步建立辅助疾病诊断的分子标记物网络。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Looking for the specific multiple molecular regulatory network based on circRNA-miRNA in the early-onset schizophrenia; 2. Evaluating the value of the specific circRNA-miRNA multiple molecular regulatory network in the diagnosis of early-onset schizophrenia to establish a molecular marker network for the diagnosis of EOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究选取处于神经发育敏感期的早发型精神分裂症患者为研究对象，采用病例对照和前瞻性追踪研究的实验设计，整合基因调控表达的多层面指标，利用生物信息学方法构建以血浆circRNA和miRNA相互作用为核心的早发型精神分裂症的复合基因调控网络，并进行临床验证和诊断评价，以期来寻找用于早发型精神分裂症诊断的多分子网络标记。对此问题的阐明，将为精神分裂症生物标记物的研究提供新的思路，丰富精神分裂症“精准诊疗”的内容，同时也为提高该病目前的诊疗水平提供更具针对性的策略。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study will select early-onset schizophrenia (EOS) in neural development critical period as test subjects, adopt case-control and prospective study design, integrate multiple level indicators on gene expression regulation, utilize bioinformatics methods, and finally construct the plasma cirRNA-miRNA interaction centered regulatory network of EOS. Further, verification and diagnosis evaluation will be done in the follow-up sample in order to find the multiple molecular regulation networks serving as the biomarker of EOS diagnosis and treatment monitoring. The clarification of this subject may provide new thought on the study of schizophrenia biomarker, enrich the research contents of “Precision Medicine” of schizophrenia, and be a more effective strategy at the present level of diagnosis and treatment in schizophrenia. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

EOS：妊娠或哺乳期女性；患有重大躯体疾病或有颅脑外伤史；患有其它神经精神科疾病；最近六个月内接受过无抽搐电休克治疗（ECT）、抗精神病或抗抑郁药物治疗。
健康对照：有脑器质性疾病或其它有临床意义的躯体疾病；头部外伤史，意识丧失超过30分钟；酒或其他物质依赖或滥用；30天内参加过其它药物临床试验；有基线/筛选实验室检查结果异常（除肝肾功能外，实验室检查结果＞正常值1.5倍）。

Exclusion criteria：

EOS:
Pregnant or lactating women;history of head injury and major body disease;with other neural psychiatric disorders;receiving modified electric convulsive therapy（MECT), therapy of antipsychotic or antidepressants in 6 months.
Healthy control:
History of brain organic diseases or other clinically significant physical illness; history of head injury and loss of consciousness for more than 30 minutes;abuse of alcohol or dependence of other substances; having participated in other drug clinical trials within 30 days; obvious abnormal laboratory results (except for liver and kidney function, the results of laboratory examination are more 1.5 times than the normal value).
