To investigate the difference of postoperative complications between the one-stitch method and traditional method of preventive terminal ileostomy in low rectal resection for rectal cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并远处转移；
2. 合并结肠癌；
3. 有直肠手术史；
4. 为急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with metastasis;
2. Combined with colon cancer;
3. Rectal operation history;
4. Emergency surgery.
