研究目的：

以团队心理支持为基础，采用多学科联合的方式，探索建立减肥预防代谢性疾病的综合干预方式，实现对肥胖人群代谢性相关疾病的早期预防，培养参与者终生健康生活方式与理念，从而有效控制体重，最终达到降低代谢性疾病发病率的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the team's psychological support, the multi-disciplinary approach is adopted to explore the establishment of a comprehensive intervention method for the prevention of metabolic diseases by obesity, to achieve early prevention of metabolic-related diseases in obese people, and to cultivate healthy lifestyles and concepts for participants throughout their lives. Control weight, and ultimately achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of metabolic diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）继发性肥胖者如甲状腺功能减退、肾上腺皮质功能亢进及垂体-下丘脑功能不全等。
（2）服用影响体重药物，包括糖皮质激素、左甲状腺素钠、抗甲状腺药物、不明成分减肥药物等。
（3）有重大心脑血管病史、慢性肾病病史、胃肠道疾病病史、糖尿病、糖尿病前期病史、恶性肿瘤病史。
（4）合并神经性厌食。
（5）急慢性感染需要治疗者。
（6）合并妊娠或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary obesity such as hypothyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction and pituitary-hypothalamic insufficiency;
(2) taking drugs that affect body weight, including glucocorticoids, levothyroxine sodium, antithyroid drugs, and unidentified weight loss drugs;
(3) History of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, history of chronic kidney disease, history of gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes, pre-diabetes history, and history of malignant tumors;
(4) combined with anorexia nervosa;
(5) Acute and chronic infections require treatment;
(6) Combined pregnancy or lactation.
