研究目的：

在过去的几十年里，接受[乳房重建的病人比例有明显的上升趋势。乳腺癌切除术后乳房重建提高了患者的生活质量和社会心理功能。从患者选择和成本效益的角度对手术进行科学评估是非常重要的。本课题研究胸筋膜双平面技术在乳腺癌手术中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Within the past few decades, there have been marked trends toward higher proportions of patients undergoing breast reconstruction. It increases patients' quality of life and psychosocial functioning that breast reconstruction after resection of breast cancers. It is very important that the surgery is scientifically evaluated in terms of patient selection and cost-effectiveness.In this study, the application of double plane technique of thoracic fascia in breast cancer surgery was studied.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有胶原血管性疾病，严重心脏、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统及精神、神经系统疾病，妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Suffering from collagen vascular disease, serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and mental and neurological diseases, pregnant or lactating women.
