研究目的：

建立我国儿童IPD登记平台，总结该病的临床特点，包括发病年龄、感染类型、易感人群及高危因素、肺炎链球菌疫苗接种情况、合理用药现状评估、不良预后风险的评估与预警等，以引起对本病规范诊治和管理的重视，加强该病的防治和管理。统一规范收集并管理多中心来源的侵袭性肺炎链球菌菌株，深入分析研究包括菌株分型、细菌耐药等在内的病原学特征，为本病的预防与合理治疗策略提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish children IPD registration platform in our country, sum up the clinical characteristics of the disease, including age, type of infection disease, susceptible people, and risk factors, pneumococcal vaccination, rational drug use present situation assessment, the assessment of the risks of poor prognosis and early warning, etc., to cause the attention of the and management specification diagnosis and therapy, to strengthen the prevention and management of the disease.The invasive streptococcus pneumoniae strains from multiple centers were collected and managed in a unified and standardized manner, and the pathogenic characteristics including strain typing and bacterial drug resistance were analyzed and studied in depth, so as to provide references for the prevention and reasonable treatment strategies of this disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 患儿监护人拒绝血液及其他无菌体液细菌学培养者；
② 住院时间短，诊断未明确前自动出院；
③ 住院病历资料不完整的患儿；
④ 不能和（或）无法理解和（或）执行调查方案的患者；
⑤ 研宄者认为不宜参加本临床试验的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children whose guardians reject blood and other sterile humoral bacteriological cultures;
2. Hospital stay is short, the diagnosis is not clear before the automatic discharge;
3. Inpatients with incomplete medical records;
4. Patients who are unable and/or unable to understand and/or execute the survey protocol;
5. Patients considered unfit by the investigator to participate in this clinical trial.
