研究目的：

疾病复发是阻碍精神分裂症患者康复、回归社会的最主要原因之一，预防复发、减少和避免病情波动是目前精神病学治疗、康复和疾病预防的重点和难点，是该病临床研究最迫切需要解决的问题之一。 藉此，本研究将在课题组前期建立的通过移动互联网方法的实时动态监测精神分裂症患者早期复发征兆的基础上，开发基于移动互联网的精神分裂症复发与风险行为预警技术，并集成为基于移动互联网的精神分裂症实时动态监测与预警技术（Mobile Internet based Symptoms Monitor and Precaution (MISMP)。并通过大样本病例对照研究，探讨MISMP技术在预防、减少高复发风险精神分裂症患者疾病复发中的临床效应，并评估其在精神分裂症患者及家属中的适用性，为最终建立有效、易推广、高性价比、的精神分裂症复发预防及风险行为预警技术提供科学参考和循证基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Relapse is one of the main reasons that hinder the recovery and return to society of schizophrenic patients. Prevention of recurrence, reduction and avoidance of disease fluctuation are the key and difficult points in current psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation and disease prevention, and one of the most urgent problems to be solved in clinical research. Therefore, on the basis of the real-time dynamic monitoring of schizophrenia patients' early recurrence symptoms established by the research group in the early stage, this study will develop the early warning technology of schizophrenia recurrence and risk behavior based on mobile Internet, and integrate it into the real-time dynamic monitoring and early warning technology of schizophrenia based on mobile Internet Monitor and Precaution (MISMP). And through large sample case-control study, to explore the clinical effect of mismp technology in preventing and reducing the recurrence of schizophrenia patients with high recurrence risk, and evaluate its applicability in patients with schizophrenia and their families, so as to provide scientific reference and evidence-based basis for establishing effective, easy to promote, cost-effective and risk behavior early warning technology for schizophrenia recurrence.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、伴精神发育迟滞或脑器质性疾病；
2、严重衰退或冲动兴奋不合作；
3、伴发严重抑郁、焦虑和物质滥用；
4、严重的躯体疾病或药物副作用，无法交流。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With mental retardation or organic brain disease;
2. Serious recession or excitement do not cooperate;
3. With serious depression, anxiety or substance abuse;
4. Severe somatic disease or side effects of drugs that make communication impossible.
