研究目的：

采用单中心、前瞻性、随机对照研究方法，以不可切除结直肠癌肝转移为研究对象，所有入组患者均接受TACE治疗，随机分为两组：解毒散结法+TACE组、安慰剂+TACE组。以无疾病进展生存期（PFS）为主要观察目标，以总生存期（OS）、肿瘤客观缓解率、CEA变化、中医证候评估和生活质量改善为次要目标，评价解毒散结法联合微创技术TACE治疗不可切除结直肠癌肝转移的可行性、有效性和安全性，同时分析联合治疗方案对患者血中外泌体源性miRNA表达水平的影响，探讨其可能的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

A single-center, prospective and randomized controlled study was conducted to study liver metastasis from unresectable colorectal cancer. All patients were treated with TACE. They were randomly divided into two groups: detoxification and resolving method + TACE group, placebo + TACE group. With disease-free progressive survival (PFS) as the main objective, total survival (OS), objective remission rate of tumors, changes of CEA, evaluation of TCM syndromes and improvement of quality of life as secondary objectives, the feasibility, effectiveness and safety of detoxification and resolving nodules combined with minimally invasive TACE in the treatment of liver metastasis from unresectable colorectal cancer were evaluated. At the same time, the effect of combined therapy on the expression of secretory microRNAs in patients was analyzed, and the possible mechanism was discussed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

解毒散结法TACE组患者连续口服中药（芋菇方颗粒剂），每4周为一周期。安慰剂+TACE组患者连续口服安慰剂中药，每4周为一周期。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The patients in TACE group received oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (taro mushroom formula granules) every 4 weeks. Patients in placebo + TACE group were given placebo Chinese medicines for a period of 4 weeks.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 
2. Karnofsky score (> 70); 
3. Histological or cytological diagnosis of liver metastasis from colorectal cancer; 
4. Unresectable colorectal liver metastases that cannot be resected or refused to be operated on and that are resistant to chemotherapy or refractory to extensive liver metastases without obvious extrahepatic metastases; 
5. There must be measurable lesions that meet the RECIST criteria; 
6. The organ function tests of the patients were in accordance with the following laboratory indicators (white blood cells (> 3.5x10^9/L), neutrophils (> 2.0) X 10^9/L, hemoglobin (> 8 g/L), platelet (> 100 x 10^9/L), serum creatinine < 2.0 mg/dL (177 um, ol/l), total bilirubin (< 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value), alanine aminotransferase (< 2.5 times the normal value), glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase (< 2.5 times the normal value).
7. Patients with jaundice must undergo biliary drainage and decompression before admission. 
8. Understanding and signing written informed consent; 
9. Life expectancy is more than 3 months.

排除标准：

1. TACE治疗禁忌症；
2. 肝功能Child-Push C级；
3. 不可纠正的凝血功能障碍及血象严重异常血液病；
4. 大量腹水；
5. 中枢神经系统受损或软脑膜疾病；
6. 合并感染，且需静脉抗生素治疗者；
7. 其他严重疾病或状况，包括充血性心力衰竭（纽约心脏协会分级III 或 IV级），活动性HIV感染或HIV病，活动性消化道出血，精神障碍等；–受试者有其他原发性癌症史，以下情况除外：
a) 经切除治愈的非黑色素瘤皮肤癌；
b) 治愈的原位宫颈癌；
8. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。
9. 在服用其他中药者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with TACE treatment contraindication;
2. Child-Push C grade of liver function;
3. Irreparable coagulation dysfunction and severe abnormal hemogram;
4. Plenty of ascites;
5. Central nervous system damage or pia mater disease;
6. Those with infection and need intravenous antibiotic therapy;
7. Other serious diseases or conditions, including congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Class III or IV), active HIV infection or HIV disease, active gastrointestinal bleeding, mental disorders, etc. - Subjects had a history of other primary cancers, except for the following:
A) Non-melanoma skin cancer cured by excision;
B) Cured in situ cervical cancer;
8. Pregnant or lactating women.
9. People taking other Chinese medicines.
