研究目的：

以多中心医院急诊科为研究平台，构建缺血性卒中恢复轨迹数据库；利用大数据分析方法，建立缺血性脑卒中危险分层工具；筛选高危缺血性脑卒中预后评估指标，建立短期和长期预后的早期评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To build a database of ischemic stroke recovery trajectories by using the emergency department of a multi-center hospital as a research platform; to establish a risk stratification tool for ischemic stroke by big data analysis methods; and screen high-risk ischemic stroke prognosis evaluation indicators and establish early evaluation models for short-term and long-term prognosis.

排除标准：

1. 恶性肿瘤患者；
2. 妊娠妇女；
3. 拒绝参加本研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors;
2. Pregnant women;
3. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
