研究基于AI的多模态骨关节(膝盖骨)影像分割、量化和关节炎严重程度的评估系统;经过X-Ray和MR影像的配准,进一步探讨X-Ray影像对骨关节炎严重程度的评估可行性。 具体目标为: 构建完善的多模态(X线和MRI)骨关节炎智能影像数据集,并实现针对骨关节炎影像的智能诊断和评估及临床应用。本课题的中心任务是:多模态膝盖骨关节炎影像的量化与评估。具体研究内容包括以下几个方面: (1) 膝关节X线、CT和MRI数据采集、图像预处理、2D/3D 配准; (2) 采用深度学习方法对膝关节软骨与软骨下骨的智能定位和精确分割; (3) 3维可视化诊断; (4) 利用多模态影像对骨关节炎进行智能量化分类和评估; (5) 结合BLOKS或WORMS评分标准,挖掘不同性别和年龄段中不同程度骨关节炎的影像特征,实现智能诊断。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To study the AI-based multimodal bone and joint (knee bone) image segmentation, quantification and arthritis severity assessment system; X-Ray and MR image registration to further explore the X-Ray image assessment of the severity of osteoarthritis feasibility. The specific objectives are: Establish a comprehensive multimodal (X-ray and MRI) osteoarthritis intelligent image dataset, and achieve intelligent diagnosis and evaluation and clinical application of osteoarthritis images. The central task of this topic is: quantification and evaluation of multimodal knee osteoarthritis images. The specific research content includes the following aspects: (1) K-ray, CT and MRI data acquisition, image pre-processing, 2D/3D registration; (2) Intelligent positioning and precise segmentation of knee joint cartilage and subchondral bone using deep learning method; (3) 3D visual diagnosis; (4) Intelligent quantitative classification and evaluation of osteoarthritis using multimodal images; (5) Combine the BLOKS or WORMS scoring standards to mine the imaging features of different degrees of osteoarthritis in different genders and age groups to achieve intelligent diagnosis. |
