研究目的：

观察应用手功能支具对脑卒中患者执行双任务能力改善的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Hand Splint Treatment on the improvement of double task performance in stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全等并发症，恶性肿瘤，二便功能障碍；
② 严重认知、语言 功能障碍；
③ 既往有脑外伤、脑炎及其他颅内疾病史；
④ 并发严重影响下肢感觉、运动的疾病，如下肢外伤、骨折、周围神经病等；
⑤ 严重视力和前庭功能障碍，及有眩晕发作等其他原因引起的平衡功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With serious complications, malignant tumors, dyspepsia;
2. With serious cognitive and language impairment;
3. Previous history of brain trauma, encephalitis and other intracranial diseases;
4. Complicated with diseases that seriously affect sensation and movement of lower limbs, such as lower limb trauma, fracture, peripheral neuropathy, etc.;
5. With serious vision and vestibular dysfunction, and other causes of vertigo attack balance dysfunction.
