探索依洛尤单抗对我国动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病患者的血脂水平、斑块稳定性和临床预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of evolocumab on serum lipid level, plaque stability and clinical prognosis in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)意识障碍；
(2)心源性休克；
(3)肝功能不全（谷丙转氨酶高于正常上限的3倍以上）；
(4)肾功能不全（内生肌酐清除率＜70 mL/min）；
(5)严重皮肤病；
(6)癌症；
(7)妊娠期或哺乳期；
(8)治疗过程中使用保肝药者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Disturbance of consciousness;
(2) cardiogenic shock;
(3) liver dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal);
(4) renal insufficiency (endogenous creatinine clearance rate <70 mL/min);
(5) severe skin diseases;
(6) cancer;
(7) pregnancy or lactation;
(8) use of liver protection drugs during treatment.
