研究目的：

DETEct是一个多中心的肿瘤甲基化和液体活检系列研究，其目标主要在一下几个方面： 1. 建立国际多中心的肿瘤和ctDNA样本库和甲基化数据库（CFEA，http://www.bio-data.cn/ CFEA） 2. 基于肿瘤和ctDNA的甲基化特征，建立肿瘤早期诊断、分型、分期和复发转移的生物标志物 3. 设计算法联合分析ctDNA甲基化、单碱基变异（SNV）、拷贝数变异（CNV）以及结构变异（SV），并将其应用于指导肿瘤的临床诊疗  

Objectives of Study：

DETEct is a multi-center study series of tumor DNA methylation and liquid biopsy with the following objectives: 1. Establish an international multi-center tumor and ctDNA sample library and DNA methylation database (CFEA, http://www.bio-data.cn/CFEA) 2. Based on clinical and ctDNA methylation characteristics of tumor, establish biomarkers for early diagnosis, classification, staging and recurrence 3. Design combined algorithm to analysis ctDNA methylation, single base variation (SNV), copy number variation (CNV) and structural variation (SV), and apply to clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors

排除标准：

排除标准
1. 曾患有恶性其他肿瘤；
2. 影像学或病史资料不完整者；
3. 患者中途因其他与本项目无关的身体或社会原因退出研究；
4. 影响患者依从性的精神疾病或其他状态；
5. 其他严重疾病或医学情况：
6. 有不能控制的发作性疾病史，包括中枢神经系统疾病或精神障碍，研究者判定可能对知情同意书的理解和签署产生影响；
7. 近1年内曾行输血或干细胞治疗者；
8. 任何其他条件研究者认为不宜参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of other malignant tumors;
2. Incomplete medical history or imaging data;
3. The patient withdraws from the study due to other physical or social reasons unrelated to the project;
4. Mental illness or other condition that affects patient compliance;
5. Other serious diseases or medical conditions;
6. History of uncontrollable paroxysmal disease, including CNS diseases or mental disorders, and other situations in which investigator determines that the understanding and signing of informed consent might be affected;
7. Those who have undergone blood transfusion or stem cell therapy in the past one year;
8. Any other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for the study.
