研究目的：

本研究旨在评价胶囊式内窥镜系统与传统电子胃镜在食道局灶性病变检出结果的整体一致性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the overall consistency and safety of the results of the capsule endoscope system and traditional gastroscopy in the detection of esophageal focal lesions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）传统电子胃镜检查食道无病灶者；
2）无手术条件或拒绝接受任何腹部手术者；
3）各种急性肠炎、严重缺铁性疾病及放射性肠炎，如细菌性痢疾、溃疡性结肠炎急性期、憩息炎等；
4）已知或怀疑胃肠道梗阻、狭窄及瘘管者；
5）有胃石症病史者以及近三个月做过消化道手术者；
6）上消化道穿孔急性期；
7）严重咽喉部疾病内镜不能插入者；
8）腐蚀性食管炎急性期；
9）严重动力障碍者，包括未经治疗的贲门失弛缓症和胃轻瘫患者；
10）排便障碍者；
11）心脏起搏器或其他电子仪器植入者；
12）既往有严重过敏史者，对麻醉药物过敏者；
13）吞咽障碍者；
14）孕妇；
15）检查前至少3日内未接受需吞服钡剂进行的检查者；
16）研究者认为其他不适合行胶囊胃镜和无痛电子胃镜检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) No lesions in esophagus under traditional electronic gastroscopy;
2) No surgical conditions or refuse to accept any abdominal surgery;
3) Various acute enteritis, severe iron deficiency diseases and radioactive enteritis, such as bacterial dysentery, ulcerative colitis acute stage, diverticulitis, etc.;
4) Gastrointestinal obstruction, stenosis and fistula are known or suspected;
5) Patients with a history of gastrolithiasis and those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery in the past three months;
6) Acute stage of upper gastrointestinal perforation;
7) Severe pharyngeal diseases where endoscopy cannot be inserted;
8) Acute stage of erosive esophagitis;
9) Severe dyskinesia, including untreated achalasia of the cardia and gastroparesis;
10) Defecation barrier;
11) Implantation of pacemakers or other electronic devices;
12) Having a history of severe allergy, allergic to anesthetic drugs;
13) Have difficulty swallowing;
14) Pregnant women;
15) Failing to accept the examination requiring barium swallow at least 3 days before the examination;
16) Other inappropriateness of capsule gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy was considered by the investigators.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

胃镜和胶囊内镜检查结果及随访数据收集由3名研究者（杜江、白帅、叶连松）完成，并由1名研究者（张宇航）进行核查。最终数据由3名研究者（袁湘蕾、曾宪辉）将上述数据库录入并提交至ResMan临床试验公共管理平台（预计时间为2021年6月前）.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Results and follow-up data of gastroscopy and capsule endoscopy were collected by three researchers (du jiang, bai shuai, ye liansong), and verified by one researcher (zhang yuhang).The final data were recorded by three researchers (yuan xianglei and zeng xianhui) and submitted to the public management platform of ResMan clinical trials (the expected time is before June 2021).
