研究目的：

根据我们前期通过蛋白质组学检测到的新型的生物标记物进行大样本验证。 探索发现更多优选生物标志物，帮助继续推动ACS预测模型的不断优化 探讨新型风险预测模型对ACS临床结局的预测效果。为临床诊疗管理提供更有力支撑，从而为患者创造更多获益。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Validate large samples based on our novel biomarkers previously detected by proteomics; 2. Explore and discover more optimized biomarkers to help continue to drive continuous optimization of ACS predictive models; 3. To explore the predictive effect of a new risk prediction model on the clinical outcome of ACS. Provide stronger support for clinical diagnosis and treatment management, thereby creating more benefits for patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁，或者>80岁。
2.合并严重的心脏瓣膜性疾病。
3.合并严重的先天性心脏病。
4.合并甲状腺功能亢进、贫血等高动力性心脏病。
5.合并肺源性心脏病。
6.合并肥厚性梗阻性心肌病。
7.严重低血压（入组时SBP<90mmHg或DBP<60mmHg）。
8.未控制的高血压（PCI术前SBP>160mmHg, 和/或DBP>100mmHg）。
9.肝功能不全（定义为ALT或总胆红素大于正常上限的3倍）。
10.肾功能不全（定义为血肌酐大于正常上限的1.5倍）。
11.高危的出血风险的患者，如血小板减少症，血液系统疾病等 。
12.活动性消化性溃疡及皮肤溃疡。
13.对氯吡格雷、替格瑞洛、阿司匹林过敏的患者。
14.两周内有心源性休克病史的患者。
15.怀孕及哺乳期妇女，治疗期间不能严格避孕的育龄期妇女。
16.不具有法律能力或法律能力受限者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe heart valve disease;
2. Combined with severe congenital heart disease;
3. Combined with hyperdynamic heart disease such as hyperthyroidism and anemia;
4. Complicated with pulmonary heart disease;
5. Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy;
6. Severe hypotension (SBP <90mmHg or DBP <60mmHg when enrolled);
7. Uncontrolled hypertension (SBP> 160mmHg, and / or DBP> 100mmHg before PCI);
8. Hepatic insufficiency (defined as ALT or total bilirubin greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal);
9. Renal insufficiency (defined as blood creatinine greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal);
10. Patients at high risk of bleeding, such as thrombocytopenia, hematological diseases, etc.;
11. Active peptic ulcer and skin ulcer;
12. Patients allergic to clopidogrel, ticagrelor, and aspirin;
13. Patients with a history of cardiogenic shock within two weeks;
14. Pregnant and lactating women, women of childbearing age who cannot be strictly contraceptive during treatment;
15. Those without legal capacity or limited legal capacity.
