采用EIT技术观察气管内插管全身麻醉下上消化道粘膜ESD术对患者全肺及局部区域通气的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

EIT technique was used to observe the effect of upper gastrointestinal mucosa ESD under endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia on the whole lung and local ventilation of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

活动性出血患者、有严重心肺功能不全病史者、围术期服用阿片类药物者、凝血功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with active bleeding, patients with a history of severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, patients taking opioids during perioperative period, and patients with coagulation dysfunction.
