研究目的：

随着我国逐渐步入老龄社会，老龄相关问题空前凸显。衰老是一个器官功能退化的过程，衰老相关疾病涉及了心血管病、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、代谢性疾病等各大领域。太极拳是一项适宜老年人的柔和的运动方式，其抗衰老作用已被多项研究证实，但目前还没有研究对其抗衰老的机理从分子水平进行揭示。本课题拟通过多种组学手段，揭示太极拳抗衰老作用的分子基础，并阐明关键基因作用的分子机制，从而鉴定临床转化研究潜在的分子靶点，提出衰老相关疾病临床防治的新策略。

Objectives of Study：

China gradually become an ageing society, issues related to ageing are unprecedented. Ageing is a process of degeneration of organ function. Many diseases related to ageing, including cardiovascular disease, tumor, neurodegenerative disease and metabolic disease. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise form suitable for the elderly. Its anti-ageing effect has been confirmed by many studies, but the mechanism of its anti-ageing has not been revealed at the molecular level. This topic intends to reveal the molecular basis of the anti-aging effect of Tai Chi through a variety of omics methods, clarify the molecular mechanism of key genes, identify potential molecular targets, and propose a new strategy for clinical prevention and treatment of ageing-related diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)2周内有严重腹泻、呕吐等症状
2)1月内有明显发热等感冒症状
3)1月内有大量饮酒史（酗酒），或长期大量饮酒史
4)2月内体重出现明显波动（变化大于5Kg）
5)半年内有手术史或严重外伤史
6)有甲亢、肝炎等病史
7)存在抑郁或精神障碍等，可疑者需做抑郁量表和精神状态量表确认

Exclusion criteria：

1) There are symptoms such as severe diarrhea and vomiting within 2 weeks;
2) There is obvious fever and other cold symptoms within one month;
3) A large history of drinking (alcoholism), or a long history of heavy drinking;
4) The body weight fluctuated significantly within 2 months (change is greater than 5Kg);
5) History of surgery or history of severe trauma within six months;
6) Have a history of hyperthyroidism, hepatitis, etc.;
7) Depression or mental disorder, suspicious persons need to confirm the depression scale and mental state scale.
