本研究拟探索间歇性theta节律爆发刺激（iTBS）与电针（EA）的结合对健康受试者M1皮质兴奋性的影响，并探索这两种干预方式的结合对脑卒中受试者的运动功能恢复的疗效以及对脑功能重塑的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the effect of the combination of intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) and electroacupuncture (EA) on M1 cortical excitability in healthy subjects, and explore the effect of the combination of these two intervention methods on motor function recovery and brain plasticity in stroke subjects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 健康受试者排除标准:
(1) 局部皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕；
(2) 严重的出血性疾病与凝血障碍疾病；
(3) 对针刺过分敏感；
(4) 癫痫病史或癫痫发作史；一级亲属有癫痫病史；
(5) 肩部以上身体或头部有金属植入物（口腔科的除外）；植入心脏起搏器、除颤器、人工耳蜗、药物泵；
(6) 未知原因的、对药物治疗无效的复发性头痛；
(7) 颅骨骨折和/或严重头部损伤；头部和/或脑部手术史；
(8) 服用三环类抗抑郁药，精神安定药和其他降低癫痫发作阈值的药物；
(9) 影响运动功能的其它疾病或病史；
(10) 吸烟、酗酒；
(11) 妊娠(HCG检查阳性)、哺乳；
(12) 电生理指标：MT1mV＞60%。
2. 脑卒中受试者排除标准：
(1) 局部皮肤感染、溃疡、瘢痕；
(2) 严重的出血性疾病与凝血障碍疾病；
(3) 对针刺过分敏感的患者；
(4) 癫痫病史或癫痫发作史；一级亲属有癫痫病史；
(5) 肩部以上身体或头部有金属植入物（口腔除外）；植入心脏起搏器、除颤器、人工耳蜗、药物泵；
(6) 未知原因的、对药物治疗无效的复发性头痛；
(7) 颅骨骨折和/或严重头部损伤，头部和/或脑部手术史；
(8) 严重心脏病和颅内压增高；
(9) 服用三环类抗抑郁药，精神安定药和其他降低癫痫发作阈值的药物；
(10) 影响运动功能的其它疾病或病史；
(11) 精神疾病；
(12) 吸烟、酗酒；
(13) 妊娠（HCG检查阳性）、哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects:
(1) local skin infection, ulcer and scar;
(2) severe bleeding diseases and coagulation disorders;
(3) excessive sensitivity to acupuncture;
(4) history of epilepsy or seizure;First-degree relatives have a history of epilepsy;
(5) metal implants on the body or head above the shoulders (except in stomatology); Implanted pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant, drug pump;
(6) recurrent headache of unknown cause that fails to respond to medication;
(7) skull fracture and/or severe head injury;History of head and/or brain surgery;
(8) take tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotics, and other medications that lower the seizure threshold;
(9) history of other diseases or diseases affecting motor function;
(10) smoking and drinking;
(11) pregnancy (positive HCG test) and lactation;
(12) electrophysiological indicators: MT1mV > 60%.
2. Exclusion criteria for stroke subjects:
(1) local skin infection, ulcer and scar;
(2) severe bleeding diseases and coagulation disorders;
(3) patients with excessive sensitivity to acupuncture;
(4) history of epilepsy or seizure;First-degree relatives have a history of epilepsy;
(5) metal implants on the body or head above the shoulders (except oral cavity); Implanted pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant, drug pump;
(6) recurrent headache of unknown cause that fails to respond to medication;
(7) skull fracture and/or severe head injury, history of head and/or brain surgery;
(8) severe heart disease and increased intracranial pressure;
(9) take tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotics, and other medications that lower the seizure threshold;
(10) history of other diseases or diseases affecting motor function;
(11) mental illness;
(12) smoking and drinking;
(13) pregnancy (positive HCG test) and lactation.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究采用随机、交叉、重复测量的被试内设计，包含由iTBS（真刺激与假刺激）、EA（真电针与假电针）组成的四种干预，每名受试者均须完整接受四次干预，每两次干预之间间隔5天以上的洗脱期。试验采用第三者评价，受试者单盲。 为了抵消受试者接受干预的顺序对试验结果的影响，本研究通过随机化的方式平衡受试者接受干预的顺序。使用Matlab 2013软件实现干预顺序的随机化，具体过程如下：以上四种干预方式的组合共有24种排列顺序，用Matlab产生两个1到24之间的随机数，将与之对应的排列从24种排列中剔除，剩下22种排列。将22名受试者随机编号，用Matlab将1到22的数字随机排列，按照这组数字将受试者随机分配至这22种排列顺序。

This study is within-subject design of random, cross-over, and repeated measurement, including four interventions consisting of iTBS (real and false stimuli), EA (real and sham electroacupuncture), and each subject must complete 4 interventions , with a washout period of more than 5 days.
