初步探讨蛋白A免疫吸附治疗重症抗NMDAR脑炎的安全性和有效性

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and efficacy of protein A immunoadsorption in severe anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）感染相关的脑炎（如病毒性脑炎、化脓性脑炎等）；
（2）正在接受血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）治疗且不能停止药物的患者；
（3）合并传染病、中重度慢性肾功能不全、肝功能异常、以及其他内脏功能不能耐受者；
（4）发病前存在其他神经疾病、痴呆或影响依从性及评估的精神疾病；
（5）血液系统异常：血小板<100×109/L；或明显的凝血障碍；
（6）过敏体质；
（7）药物难以纠正的全身循环衰竭患者；
（8）孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infectious encephalitis (such as viral encephalitis, suppurative encephalitis, etc.);
2. Patients who are receiving angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) and cannot discontinue the drug;
3. Comorbidity with infectious disease, moderate to severe chronic renal insufficiency, liver dysfunction, and other organs dysfunction;
4. Presence of other neurological or psychological diseases;
5. Hematological disorders: coagulopathy, PLT<100x10^9/L);
6. Prone to allergies;
7. Severe systemic circulatory failure that is difficult to correct with medication;
8. Pregnant (or possibly pregnant) or lactating women.
