研究目的：

妊娠期特异性疾病在孕妇中很常见。慢性缺氧导致宫内窘迫，胎儿生长受限，甚至流产早产。 对我们来说，在这些孕妇中找到一些诊断和治疗方法非常重要  

Objectives of Study：

Pregnancy-specific disease is common in pregnant woman.Chronic hypoxia leads to Intrauterine distress ,fetal growth restriction,even abortionpremature delivery stillbirth. It is important for us to find some diagnose and therapy methods in these pregnants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

这项研究涉及120个preganants，分为四组（正常，先兆子痫，妊娠糖尿病，妊娠性胆汁淤积），患者进入房间时取5毫升静脉血和5毫升脐动脉血 采集脐带动脉血气并在脐带夹闭后10分钟内测量。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study involved 120 preganants which are divided into four groups (normal ,Pre-eclampsia, gestational diabetes, gestational cholestasis), 5 ml of venous blood was taken from the patient when the patient's entry into the room and 5 ml of umbilical arterial blood was taken and the umbilical arterial blood gas was measured within 10 minutes of umbilical cord clipping. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. HB <100g或怀孕前三个月的低氧血症;
2. 肝病和肝炎;
3.羊水污染
4.胎儿宫内生长受限;
5. 致畸;
6. 胎膜早破; 溶血病

Exclusion criteria：

1. HB <100g or hypoxemia in the first trimester of pregnancy;
2. liver disease and hepatitis;
3. amniotic fluid contamination;
4. fetal intrauterine growth restriction;
5. teratogenic;
6. premature rupture of membranes;
7. hemolytic disease.
