研究目的：

本研究拟通过一项随机对照试验，探索更有效的HIV自检试剂的二次传递模式，为我国运用二次传递的模式推广HIV自检试剂的使用提供有力的参考。本研究主要解决以下两个关键科学问题：1）经济激励是否能更有效地促进HIV自检试剂的二次传递；2）经济激励加同伴推荐申请能否更有效动员更多的MSM进行HIV自检；3)对本试验进行经济学评估。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to explore a more effective secondary distribution mode of promoting HIV self-tests to provide evidence for applying secondary distribution of HIV self-tests in China. This study aims to solve the following two key scientific problems: 1) evaluate the effectiveness of monetary incentives alone in promoting digital network-based secondary distribution of HIVST among Chinese MSM; 2)evaluate the effectiveness of monetary incentives plus peer referral in promoting digital network-based secondary distribution of HIVST among Chinese MSM; 3) conduct an economic evaluation of this study.
