聚焦围术期死亡、主要心血管不良时间、谵妄等危险事件，建立适用于中国老年人群的围术期风险评估方法和危险事件预测模型。

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on perioperative death, major cardiovascular adverse time, delirium and other dangerous events, the perioperative risk assessment method and risk event prediction model suitable for Chinese geriatric population were established.

术前评估资料无法获取的患者，如严重创伤大出血急诊患者等；DCD供体患者；肝肾等器官移植受体。

Patients with inaccessible preoperative assessment data, such as emergency patients with severe traumatic hemorrhage, DCD donors, liver and kidney transplant recipients, etc

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究拟纳入2019年8月-2021年12月期间接受外科手术治疗的大样本老年手术者数据。本项目数据提取申请已通过医院伦理委员会审核，手术者术前评估及术后随访数据由经过培训的麻醉住院医师负责采集，并经专用APP录入提交。术中手术麻醉系统数据由华西医院大数据中心负责提取。所有数据均存放在华西生物大数据中心内网或四川大学大数据中心内网上，并经加密传输至国家卫健委相关网站。在医院和学校大数据中心周密监督管理之下，可保障数据的安全性和保密性。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	This study intends to include data on a large sample of surgically treated geriatric patients between August,2019 and December,2021.The pre-project data extraction application has been approved by the Hospital Ethics Committee. The preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up data of the patients will be collected by trained anesthesiologists and submitted by a specially designed APP. The data of intraoperative situation will be extracted by the big data center of West China Hospital.all the data will be stored on the intranet of the West China Biologica Big Data Center or Sichuan University Big Data Center for management and transmitted to the relevant websites of the National Health and Health Commission by encryption. Under the careful supervision and management of the hospital, the information center and the big data center, the security and confidentiality of the data can be guaranteed.
