研究目的：

本课题将通过第二代高通量测序技术对藏族肠易激综合征患者肠道微生物进行16S RNA序列检测，观察益生菌制剂治疗前后肠道菌群变化及临床疗效，以及比较藏族、汉族人群肠易激综合征患者肠道微生物多样性差异，探索藏族IBS患者的个性化治疗方案，为进一步研究IBS的发病机制提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, 16S RNA sequence of intestinal microorganisms in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) of Tibetan will be detected by the second generation high throughput sequencing technology. The changes of intestinal microflora and clinical efficacy of probiotics before and after treatment will be observed, and the differences of intestinal microbial diversity between Tibetan and Han populations will be compared to explore Tibetan IBS. Individualized treatment of patients provides a theoretical basis for further study of the pathogenesis of IBS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）曲美布汀治疗组：给予马来酸曲美步汀片100mg 口服每日3次。 （2）曲美布汀联合美肠安治疗组：给予马来酸曲美步汀片每日3次（饭前30min服用）+美常安500mg 口服 每日3次（与曲美布汀片同时服用）。注：（枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊 ，商品名：美常安，北京韩美药品有限公司，国药准字：S20030087，规格：250mg／粒。马来酸曲美布汀片，商品名：诺为，海南普利制药有限公司，国药准字：H20040438，规格：0.2g） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Trimebutine treatment group: Trimebutine maleate tablets 100 mg orally three times a day. (2) Trimebutine combined with Mesengan treatment group: Trimebutine maleate tablets were given three times a day (30 minutes before meals) and Mesentan 500 mg orally three times a day (with Trimebutine tablets). Note: (Bacillus subtilis duplex viable enteric-coated capsules, trade name: Mei Chang'an, Beijing Hanmei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chinese medicine quasi-character: S20030087, specifications: 250mg/granule. Trimebutine Maleate Tablets, Commodity Name: Norway, Hainan Puli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chinese Pharmaceutical Standard: H20040438, Specification: 0.2g)

排除标准：

试验组排除标准：
（1）经临床观察及器械检查有消化道器质性病变或有影响消化道动力的全身性疾病；
（2）合并心脑肝肾、内分泌、血液系统等重度原发性疾病；
（3）依从性差 （如不能定期复诊、不按时用药、不按标准用药等），亦或同一时间内进行其他试验研究；
（4）近2周内服用过影响本试验的药物，如抗生素、抑酸剂、胃肠促动药、抗抑郁药、阿片类等，有研究所使用的相关药物过敏或过敏体质者；
（5）妊娠、身心疾患、乳糖不耐受者、哺乳期妇女等。
（6）已进入内地超过2周以上，且饮食习惯与原有习惯发生较大改变者。
（7）临床资料不全者。
（8）有曲美布汀或美肠安药物禁忌者。
对照组排除标准：
（1）经临床观察及器械检查有消化道器质性病变或有影响消化道动力的全身性疾病；
（2）合并心脑肝肾、内分泌、血液系统等重度原发性疾病；
（3）依从性差 （如不能定期复诊、不按时用药、不按标准用药等），亦或同一时间内进行其他试验研究；
（4）近2周内服用过影响本试验的药物，如抗生素、抑酸剂、胃肠促动药、抗抑郁药、阿片类等，有研究所使用的相关药物过敏或过敏体质者；
（5）妊娠、身心疾患、乳糖不耐受者、哺乳期妇女等。
（6）临床资料不全者。
（7）有曲美布汀或美肠安药物禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of experimental group:
(1) There are organic lesions of digestive tract or systemic diseases affecting digestive tract motility after clinical observation and instrument examination.
(2) Severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, endocrine and blood system;
(3) Compliance is poor (such as not being able to visit regularly, not using drugs on time, not using drugs according to the standard, etc.) or other experimental studies at the same time;
(4) In the past two weeks, we have taken the drugs that affect the test, such as antibiotics, acid suppressants, gastrointestinal stimulants, antidepressants, opioids, etc. Those who are allergic to drugs or allergic constitutions used in some research institutes;
(5) Pregnancies, physical and mental disorders, lactose intolerance, lactation women, etc.
(6) Those who have been in the Mainland for more than two weeks and whose dietary habits have changed a lot.
(7) Incomplete clinical data.
(8) Those who are contraindicated with trimebutine or mechangan.
