Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of mis-tlif and PLIF in the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 凝血性障碍患者；
2. 伴有全身疾病不能接受全身麻醉者；
3. 合并其它疾病有手术禁忌症者；
4. 活跃性感染患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clotting hemorrhagic disorders;
2. Associated with systemic disease cannot accept general anesthesia;
3. With other diseases with surgical contraindications;
4. Activity in patients with infection.
