研究目的：

拟通过此研究规范输尿管结石术前抗生素合理使用，缩短住院时间，节约医疗资源，同时降低手术并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, the rational use of antibiotics before operation was standardized, the hospitalization time was shortened, the medical resources were saved, and the complications of operation were reduced at the same time.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

① 筛选期：门诊输尿管CT明确诊断为输尿管结石并有手术指征患者，尿常规镜检白细胞≥5个/HP入选。 ② 入选治疗期：入选后完善中段尿培养、并根据分组予口服左氧氟沙星（可乐必妥片），术前抗感染结束后入院准备手术，手术前需增加采集受试者10ml血进行血液常规、血C反应蛋白、降钙素原。并予复查中段尿培养。完善检查后第二天行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石+置双J管术。术后当天监测患者心率、呼吸、体温及血压，术后复查血常规、C反应蛋白、降钙素原及中段尿培养。 ③ 随访：术后复查KUB及彩超了解结石清除情况，1周门诊复查尿常规。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Screening period: Outpatient ureteral CT was clearly diagnosed with ureteral stone with surgical indication, and routine urine microscopic examination of leukocytes >= 5/HPwas included. 2. Treatment period: after selection, urine culture was perfected and oral levofloxacin (clonbuterol tablets) was divided into two groups. After admission to hospital before operation, 10ml blood samples should be collected for blood routine, blood C-reactive protein and procalcitonin. The urine culture in the middle stage was reexamined. The second day after the perfect examination, holmium laser lithotripsy under ureter mirror was treated with double J tube. Heart rate, respiration, body temperature and blood pressure were monitored on the day after operation. Blood routine, C-reactive protein, procalcitonin and middle urine culture were reexamined after operation. 3. Follow-up: KUB and color Doppler ultrasound were reexamined after operation to find out the stone clearance, and urine routine was reviewed in outpatient department for 1 week. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 合并心脑血管、肺、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病；严重心肺功能障碍、手术耐受差者。
② 耳温≥37.5℃、尿源性脓毒血症、休克患者。
③ 妊娠、哺乳期妇女及近3个月有妊娠计划者。
④ 过敏体质或对用药的抗生素成分过敏者。
⑤ 影响其生存的严重疾病（如恶性肿瘤等）。
⑥ 根据研究者的判断，具有降低入组可能性或者使入组复杂化的其他病变，易造成失访的情况，以及由于精神和行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, poor surgical tolerance.
2. Ear temperature >= 37.5 degree C, uremic sepsis, shock patients.
3. Pregnant, lactating women and those with pregnancy plans in the past 3 months.
4. A person who is allergic to his physique or to the antibiotic composition of the drug.
5. A serious disease (such as malignant tumor, etc.) that affects its survival.
6. According to the researchers' judgment, there are other lesions that reduce the possibility of joining the group or complicated the group, are prone to loss of visit, and those who are unable to give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
