研究目的：

本研究目的為使用针灸刺激神經活化進行高台著地反彈跳,觀察其運動表現的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study used acupuncture to stimulate nerve activation to observe the effects on exercise performance while rebounding from a high platform. Acupuncture treats disease and relieves pain by stimulating neurons or the surface of the skin and can be used to improve athletic performance. Acupuncture is receiving more and more attention in sports medicine and related disciplines, and it is used to improve the performance of sports performance of professional or amateur athletes. Drop vertical jump (DVJ) training is an effective training method for athletes.
