探讨肥胖酮症倾向糖尿病患者发生酮症和胰岛功能受损的相关因素  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the related factors of ketosis and islet function impairment in ketosis-prone Obese diabetic patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①存在感染、手术、创伤等应激情况或妊娠；
②1月内曾服用影响糖、脂代谢的药物（如糖皮质激素）；
③患缺血性心、脑血管疾病或急慢性心功能不全者；
④特殊类型糖尿病如由胰腺外分泌疾病或其他内分泌疾病等引起的血糖升高；
⑤严重肝肾疾病（谷丙转氨酶高于基础值的2.5倍，血肌酐≥124μmol/l）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are or pregnancy or stress conditions (such as infection, surgery, trauma and so on);
2. Drugs (such as glucocorticoids) that affect glucose and lipid metabolism were taken within 1 month;
3. Ischemic heart, cerebrovascular disease or acute and chronic cardiac insufficiency;
4. Hyperglycemia caused by special types of diabetes, such as pancreatic exocrine diseases or other endocrine diseases;
5. Severe liver and kidney diseases (glutamic-pyruvic transaminase 2.5 times higher than the basic value, serum creatinine >=124umol/l).
