Objectives of Study：

Searching for a suitable strategy for the use of tranexamic acid in non-fully cemented knee arthroplasty

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、不愿参与研究的患者；
2、抗凝药物长期服用史的患者；
3、下肢血管疾病的患者；
4、血液系统疾病的患者；
5、肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study;
2. Patients with a long history of taking anticoagulants;
3. Patients with lower extremity vascular diseases;
4. Patients with hematological diseases;
5. Tumor patients
