研究目的：

本研究拟采用确定行新鲜周期移植患者的外周血标本，分析患者在运用低分子肝素钠前后血液凝血指标的变化，随访监测其妊娠结局，为行新鲜周期移植的患者的治疗提供新的思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to determine the peripheral blood samples of patients undergoing fresh cycle embryo transplantation, analyze the changes of blood coagulation indexes before and after the use of low molecular weight heparin sodium, follow up the pregnancy outcomes, and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of patients undergoing fresh cycle embryo transplantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 患有子宫异常疾病，包括子宫畸形（单角子宫、纵膈子宫、双子宫等），子宫腺肌症，黏膜下子宫肌瘤，宫腔黏连，宫腔积液，宫腔分离；
(2) 多囊卵巢综合征；
(3) 严重的输卵管积水；
(4) 拟行胚胎植入前遗传学诊断（PGD）或筛查（PGS）者；
(5) 已计划行冻胚移植者；
(6) 患有不适合目前进行辅助生殖技术或者不适合目前妊娠的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from abnormal uterine diseases, including uterine malformations (unilateral uterus, mediastinal uterus, double uterus, etc.), adenomyosis, submucosal uterine myoma, uterine cavity adhesion, uterine cavity effusion, uterine cavity separation;
(2) Polycystic ovarian syndrome;
(3) Severe hydrosalpinx;
(4) Plan to undergoing preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) or screening (PGS);
(5) Plan to undergoing frozen embryo transplantation;
(6) Suffering from diseases that are not suitable for assisted reproductive technology or for current pregnancy.
