研究目的：

本研究拟通过对比日间手术和住院的择期手术两种模式，观察全麻下腺样体或扁桃体切除术患儿唾液中褪黑素分泌的节律性变化差异，评估患儿术后恢复情况，为提高围术期安全作出科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to observe the rhythmic changes of melatonin secretion in saliva of children undergoing adenoidectomy or tonsillectomy under general anesthesia by comparing the two modes of day surgery and elective surgery in hospital, and evaluate the postoperative recovery of children, so as to provide scientific basis for improving perioperative safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

由耳鼻喉医生和家长商量决定患儿住院方式，分为两组，日间组（D组）和择期组（S组）。D组和S组均于术前一日起，在设定的时间点采集唾液，并填写睡眠分析量表与术后评分量表，直至患儿术后第三日完成所有数据采集。收集患儿从入院到出院的一般信息、各种不良和相关并发症的发生率。采集的唾液将通过ELISA分析法获得褪黑素含量。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The ENT doctors discuss with the parents decide the hospitalization mode of the children, which is divided into two groups: day group (group D) and choice group (group S). Saliva was collected from group D and group S at the set time point one day before the operation, and sleep analysis scale and postoperative scoring scale were filled in. All data collection was completed on the third day after the operation.General information, incidence of various adverse events and related complications were collected from admission to discharge.The saliva will be collected and melatonin content will be determined by ELISA.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

2周内有上感使的患儿 ，对唾液收集器材料过敏的患儿，既往有各系统器质性病变的患儿，拒绝参加实验的患儿

Exclusion criteria：

Children with upper sensation within 2 weeks, children allergic to saliva collector materials, children with previous organic lesions of various systems, and children who refused to participate in the experiment.
