研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是：与传统手术方法比较，评估基于CBCT图像导航下术前设计及手术这一新方法对于复杂埋伏多生牙拔除手术中的患牙定位及拔牙效果，探索论证新方法的可行性、有效性及精准性，建立CBCT图像导航下拔除埋伏多生牙的术前设计及手术的规范和流程，为该技术走向临床常规提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of preoperative design and operation based on CBCT image navigation in locating and extracting teeth in extraction of complex impacted supernumerary teeth, to explore and demonstrate the feasibility, effectiveness and accuracy of the new method, and to establish CBCT image navigation for extracting impacted teeth. The preoperative design and surgical procedure of supernumerary teeth provide scientific basis for the clinical routine of this technique.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）无法配合影像检查的患者；
（2）妊娠、哺乳、月经期女性；
（3）因各种原因未能完成手术；
（4）病史及临床常规检查无全身系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who are unable to cooperate with imaging examination;
(2) Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women;
(3) Failure to complete the operation for various reasons;
(4) With systemic diseases were found in the history and routine clinical examination.
