探讨肌内效贴疗法配合多角度等长抗阻训练治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kinesio taping (KT) combined with multi-angle isometric resistance training for cervical spondylosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①颈部扭伤、肩周炎、神经衰弱及其他非因颈椎间盘退变所致、肩部疼痛等疾病；
②颈椎有骨折、脱位、结核、肿瘤或严重感染等；
③妊娠期的妇女；
④合并严重心脑血管、肝、肾等疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Serious heart disease, liver, brain, kidney and other important organs Abnormal function, blood system diseases and serious mental illness, cervical vertebrae fracture, dislocation, tuberculosis, serious infection, and contraindications for KT technique,including thrombosis, wounds, presence of cancer, intolerability of or allergy to surgical tape, and pregnancy.
