研究目的：

明确膳食补充n-3脂肪酸和维生素D对改善NAFLD患者肝功能和心血管代谢生物标志物是否具有协同效应；并利用代谢组学分析代谢产物的差异和代谢通路的变化，明确n-3脂肪酸和维生素D作用的靶点，为NAFLD防治提供临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether dietary supplementation with n-3 fatty acids and vitamin D has synergistic effects on improving liver function and cardiovascular metabolic biomarkers in patients with NAFLD; Metabolomics was also used to analyze the differences in metabolites and changes in metabolic pathways, so as to identify the targets of n-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, providing clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、酒精摄入量超过 20g/d；
2、孕期和哺乳期女性；
3、志愿者患有任何形式的肝脏疾病，诸如遗传性血色病、威尔森氏症和α1-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏等疾病；
4、志愿者服用任何形式具有肝毒性药物；
5、志愿者在6个月以内服用过鱼油、维生素A、维生素D及钙片。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Alcohol intake exceeds 20g/d;
2. Pregnant and lactating women;
3. The volunteers had any form of liver disease, such as hereditary hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease, and alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency.
4. Volunteers took any form of hepatotoxic drugs;
5. The volunteers took fish oil, vitamin A, vitamin D and calcium tablets within 6 months.
