Objectives of Study：

The aim of the study is to explore, adapt and validate the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills model in explaining medication adherence among community-dwelling older patients with multimorbidity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 居住於護理院或其他長期照護機構
(2) 目前正在參與慢性病管理研究項目
(3) 嚴重的精神疾病或耳聾

Exclusion criteria：

(1) being institutionalized in a nursing home or in any other long-term care facility;
(2) currently participating in research involving chronic diseases management;
(3) having severe mental diseases (e.g. schizophrenia, dementia, major depression) or deafness.
