Objectives of Study:

To clarify the current level of evidence-based practice behavior, attitude, knowledge and skills, critical thinking, creative tendency, coping style and self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students;To explore the effect of EBN teaching model on the level of evidence-based practice, critical thinking ability, creative tendency, coping style and self-efficacy in clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students.

护理部将护生以小组为单位,按照实习轮转表分配到科室后,科室按照总临床实习计划、各科室带教计划、培训项目清单,进行一对一带教,由老师在护理工作中对学生实行具体的指导。

由一名不参与研究对象筛选、干预及评估过程的人员使用SPSS软件生成随机数字序列,指定对照组、试验组,将随机数字依次放入按1-20顺序编号的密封、不透光信封中,确保分配隐藏。由一名不清楚随机分组的研究人员筛选符合纳入标准的护生,获得知情同意后,根据入组顺序,按照实习小组,分配随机数字,据此将本科护生随机分配到两组中。
