研究目的：

在本研究中，我们的目的是阐述卒中后认知功能障碍和卒中抑郁患者的肠道微生物群，并研究肠道微生物群与卒中后发生认知功能障碍和抑郁的危险因素之间的相关性。探索肠道微生物群的改变是否可以作为卒中后认知功能障碍和抑郁的预测指标，并提供卒中后认知功能障碍及抑郁的进一步干预提供新的线索。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we aim to characterize the gut microbiota in PSCI and PSD patients, and to study the correlation between gut microbiota and risk factors of PSCI and PSD. To explore whether changes in gut microbiota could be used as predictors of cognitive dysfunction and depression after stroke and provide new clues for further intervention of cognitive dysfunction and depression after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患有认知功能障碍、最近(3个月内)使用任何抗生素或益生菌、极端节食、胃肠手术、感染、严重失语症、精神分裂症、严重危及生命的疾病、严重听力、视觉或运动障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with previous cognitive dysfunction, recent (within 3 months) use of any antibiotics or probiotics, extreme dieting, gastrointestinal surgery, infection, severe aphasia, schizophrenia, serious life-threatening illnesses, severe hearing, visual or motor impairment.
