研究目的：

评价强脉冲光联合驱螨治疗对蠕形螨睑缘炎及相关干眼的治疗效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of intense pulsed light combined with anti-demodex treatment on demodex blepharitis and related dry eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 哺乳期或妊娠期妇女；
2. 眼部急性炎症或感染；
3. 睑缘有明显的瘢痕或者角质化；
4. 入组前6个月内接受过眼部手术或眼睑手术；
5. 入组前6个月内治疗区域发生过神经性麻痹；
6. 全身合并糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病
7. 正在使用泪管栓塞；
8. 治疗区域存在癌前病变、皮肤癌或色素沉着；
9. 入组前12个月内接受过LASIK手术；
10. 治疗后随访观察不足2次者；
11. 随访时间超过预定时间1w以上；
12. 治疗开始后发现的误纳者(符合排除标准者)；
13. 研究期间接受其他眼部或全身手术者；
14. 新出现排除标准者或无资料者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during lactation or pregnancy;
2. Acute ocular inflammation or infection;
3. Eyelid margin has obvious scar or keratinization;
4. Received eye surgery or eyelid surgery within 6 months before enrollment;
5. Nerve palsy occurred in the treatment area within 6 months before enrollment;
6. Systemic disease including diabetes, autoimmune and infectious diseases;
7. Lacrimal duct embolization;
8. Precancerous skin cancer or pigmentation in the treatment area;
9. Had LASIK surgery within 12 months before enrollment;
10. Follow up observation less than 2 times after treatment;
11. The follow-up time exceeded the scheduled time by more than 1w;
12. Misdiagnosis found after the beginning of treatment (those meeting the exclusion criteria);
13. Receive ocular or systemic surgery during the study period;
14. New exclusion criteria occur or no data.
