研究目的：

糖尿病一日门诊饮食教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者短期、长期预后的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Effect of one-day diet education in diabetes clinic on short-term and long-term prognosis of patients with gestational diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预组：接受糖尿病一日门诊饮食教育，且后期产科营养门诊随诊超过3次的妊娠期糖尿病患者。对照组：普通妊娠期糖尿病患者，仅接受饮食教育。阴性对照组：普通孕妇

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Intervention group: Patients with gestational diabetes who received one-day outpatient diet education and had been followed up for more than three times in the obstetric nutrition outpatient department in the later period. The control group: ordinary patients with gestational diabetes only received diet education.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

未合并心、肝、脾、肺、肾脏等器官疾病、肿瘤等，排除甲状腺、胰腺炎、胆囊炎等病史，无糖尿病家族史，未合并糖尿病、高血压、多囊卵巢综合症、甲亢或甲减等疾病且妊娠早期空腹血糖（FPG）均<5.6 mmol/L，妊娠期未应用激素或其他影响糖代谢的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

There is no disease or tumor of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs, excluding the history of thyroid, pancreatitis, cholecystitis and other diseases, no family history of diabetes, no diabetes, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, and the fasting blood glucose (FPG) in the first trimester of pregnancy is less than 5.6 mmol / L. no hormone or other drugs affecting glucose metabolism were used during pregnancy.
