研究目的：

中医体质辨识结合耳穴埋豆疗法对腰背肌筋膜炎的干预效果，提高患者的生活质量，减少药物使用及药物不良反应的发生，降低反复住院率，减轻家庭及社会负担，发挥中医的优势，使该技术得到更广泛的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of ear acupoint therapy combined with TCM constitutional differentiation in the treatment of MPS To improve the quality of life of patients, reduce drug use and adverse drug reactions, reduce the rate of repeated hospitalization, reduce the burden on families and society, give play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and make the technology more widely used.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 有明显的腰、腿外伤骨折史；
2 肿瘤压迫、骨肿瘤或骨转移、骨结核、类风湿性关节炎所导致的腰背痛；
3 阿尔茨海默症、血管性痴呆、精神病以及其他无法准确表述自身痛觉感受的患者；
4 孕妇、腰背脊椎术后及严重的皮肤疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Obvious waist and leg trauma fracture history;
2 Tumor compression, bone tumor or bone metastasis, bone tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis caused by back pain;
3 Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, psychosis and other patients unable to accurately express their pain feelings; 4 Pregnant women, back spinal surgery and serious skin diseases.
