研究目的：

针对烟草依赖的群体干预措施，在现有医院戒烟干预模式的基础上，以世界卫生组织综合戒烟体系方案为指导，提出医院和社区联合开展的多部门合作戒烟管理模式并通过社区干预试验验证其效果。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

30天内接受过其他戒烟治疗；患有严重的心、肺、脑、血液系统疾病，包括但不限于急性心肌梗死后2周内、严重心律失常、不稳定型心绞痛、药物控制不佳的高血压患者；患有精神疾病及吸毒者；怀孕或哺乳期妇女；经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的疾病或精神状态。

Exclusion criteria：

Other smoking cessation treatments within 30 days; severe heart, lung, brain, and blood system diseases including, but not limited to, 2 weeks after acute myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina, poorly controlled hypertension Patient; a person with mental illness and drug abuse; a pregnant or lactating woman; the investigator is judged to be in a state of illness or mental state that is unable to meet the research requirements.
