Objectives of Study：

To prospectively compare the operative outcomes of robotic-assited endorectal pull-through and laparoscopic-assisted endorectal pull-through for Hirschsprungs disease

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法耐受全麻、凝血障碍、严重腹腔粘连及肠梗阻等不适合腹腔镜手术条件；
2.合并有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Conditions not suitable for laparoscopic surgery: general anesthesia untolerance, coagulation disorder, severe abdominal adhesion or intestinal obstruction;
2. Combined with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, nephritic or hemopoietic diseases.
