we aim to present our experience with delayed surgical management of open tibial and femur fractures.  

Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Open fractures will be graded using Gustilo-Anderson classification. The study subjects will be divided into three groups based on the timing of surgery. Infection and nonunion rates will be compared using chi – square analysis
