研究目的：

1.建立ILD随访数据库及ILD的生物标本库； 2.总结及描述ILD社会人口学及临床特征；探索急性加重危险因素；预测ILD预后的生物学标志物 3. 发现CTD合并ILD的遗传易感位点，精准识别CTD-ILD的高危人群； 4.筛选介导CTD-ILD发生发展的关键分子靶点，与影像、病理联合,同步探索冷冻肺活检在 ILD 诊断中的价值，建立 CTD-ILD精准诊断模式，以期探索出更具特异性和个体化的诊疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a follow-up database for ILD subjects and collect samples from them for further study; 2. To summarize and describe demographic characteristics of ILD subjects, exploring risk factors for acute exacerbation and predictive biomarkers related to prognosis of ILD; 3. Discover the genetic susceptibility loci of CTD combined with ILD, and accurately identify the high-risk population for CTD-ILD; 4. Screen the key molecular targets that mediate the occurrence and development of CTD-ILD, and explore the value of frozen lung biopsy in the diagnosis of ILD in combination with imaging and pathology, and establish a precise diagnosis model for CTD-ILD, in order to explore a more specific and individualized diagnosis and treatment model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并有可明显影响CTD-ILD/IPF预后的疾病，如尘肺、矽肺、恶性肿瘤； 2、孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 3、不能接受研究方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbidities that may significantly affect the prognosis of CTD-ILD/IPF, such as pneumoconiosis, silicosis, or malignant tumors; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Participants who are unable to comply with the study protocol.
