研究目的：

本研究想通过运用高级有创血流动力学监测和sedline脑电监测来综合改进术中管理，为探索有别于传统的公认优化开颅患者术中管理方式提供证据，进而提高合并心血管疾病开颅手术患者的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively improve intraoperative management by applying advanced invasive hemodynamics monitoring and sedline eeg monitoring, and to provide evidence for exploring and optimizing the intraoperative management of patients with craniotomy, which is different from the traditional accepted method, so as to improve the prognosis of patients with craniotomy combined with cardiovascular diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

只有有如下任一一项可排除，ASAIV-V级、严重干甚功能不全、肺功能中度及以上下降、酒精及药物滥用史、不能配合或者拒绝参与者

Exclusion criteria：

Only one of the following items could be excluded: grade asaiv-v, severe dry very functional impairment, moderate or above reduction in pulmonary function, history of alcohol and drug abuse, inability to cooperate or rejection of participants

在满足纳入排除标准的患者择期手术前一天按照手术房间号（其次为台词）进行筛选号给号，手术当天按照事前准备的无标记随机数字表决定患者的组别。

Patients meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were given the number of the room (followed by the line) on the day before the scheduled operation, and the group of patients was determined on the day of operation according to the unmarked random number table prepared in advance.
