本研究将探索脉冲经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症的淡漠症状的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore the theta-burst transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment of apathy in schizophrenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

受试者若满足以下的情况则会被排除：1、存在严重的情绪障碍或神经系统疾病、酒精依赖、物质依赖的共病；2、存在语言能力障碍，以致于无法完成测试；3、头部/脑部存在金属植入物；4、（疑似）怀孕；5、存在癫痫的诊断，或个人存在癫痫发作史，或受试者一级亲属存在癫痫（史）；6、曾接受过脑部手术；7、颅内存在植入物；8、过去6个月内接受过电休克治疗；9、存在严重的认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. comorbidities of severe mood or neurological disorders, current alcohol or substance dependence disorder;
2. insufficient language abilities to perform tests in a valid way;
3. Metal implants in head/brain;
4. (suspected) pregnancy;
5. Diagnosis of epilepsy, or a personal or first degree family history of epileptic seizures;
6. Brain surgery;
7. Intracerebral implants;
8. Been treated with electroconvulsive therapy within six months;
9. severe cognitive deficit.

本研究采用双盲、随机、伪刺激控制和正常对照的研究设计，在实施实验前，由一名不参与本实验其他部分的实验室成员，对精神分裂症患者的入组编号，通过Excel软件进行随机分组，分配至真刺激组或伪刺激组。正常对照组不参与刺激干预和随机分组。
