研究目的：

（1）建立全国产后抑郁防治的注册登记研究数据库，获得产后抑郁的流行病学分布数据和产后抑郁人群的情绪六向度（情绪调整、生活态度、社会直觉、自我查觉、情境敏感、专注力）分布数据，探索产后抑郁可能的危险因素。 （2）探索孕产妇防治产后抑郁的干预和管理模式。 （3）使孕产妇能够使用情绪、抑郁和焦虑的自测量表，评估自身的情绪和抑郁焦虑状况，实现孕产妇自身健康管理，使孕产妇获益。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establish a national registry database on postpartum depression prevention, obtain epidemiological distribution data of postpartum depression and six-dimention emotional style of postpartum depression (resilience, outlook, social intuition, self-awareness, sensitivity to context, attention) to disseminate data to explore possible risk factors for postpartum depression; (2) Exploring the intervention and management models of maternal prevention and treatment of postpartum depression; (3) To enable pregnant to use their self-measurement of emotions and depression and anxiety, to assess their own emotions and depression and anxiety, to achieve maternal health management, and to benefit pregnant.

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant who are mentally handicapped or have difficulty understanding the contents of the questionnaire cannot talk effectively.
