研究目的：

本研究拟通过大样本、前瞻性的平行随机对照试验，并通过与常规的康复治疗技术进行比较，明确基于运动程序的信息输入治疗在恢复期脑卒中患者中的康复疗效；力争形成基于运动的感觉输入治疗的脑卒中患者的康复方案和技术方法，在临床推广应用；同时对运动控制原理及大脑可塑性的临床运用和发展进行有益的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the information-based input of exercise program to treat rehabilitation in stroke patients in recovery, through large sample, prospective parallel randomized controlled trials, and by comparison with conventional rehabilitation therapy techniques. Rehabilitation programs and technical methods for the formation of stroke-based patients with exercise-based sensory input are widely used in clinics.At the same time, beneficial explorations are made on the principle of motion control and the clinical application and development of brain plasticity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①无症状性腔隙性脑梗死，短暂性脑缺血和可逆性脑卒中；
②存在严重的认知或偏侧忽略等功能障碍，或存在严重的焦虑、抑郁等精神疾患，无法进行正常的干预或评定者；
③合并有严重的心、肝、肾、内分泌系统和造血系统等疾病者；
④妊娠及哺乳期女性；
⑤正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Asymptomatic lacunar infarction, transient cerebral ischemia and reversible stroke;
2. Combined with severe cognitive or dysfunctional dysfunctions, or serious mental disorders such as anxiety and depression, and normal intervention or assessment is not possible;
3. Combined with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine system and hematopoietic system;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
5. Who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
