研究目的：

1.拟证明中医牵引舒筋手法治疗0-6月龄DDH的有效性。 2.拟证明中医牵引舒筋手法治疗0-6月龄DDH的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. It is proposed to prove the effectiveness of TCM traction and tendon manipulation in the treatment of DDH from 0-6 months old. 2. It is proposed to prove the safety of Chinese medicine traction and tendon manipulation for 0-6 months old DDH.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 畸胎型(先天性)髋脱位；
2. 伴明显肌力不平衡，如脑脊膜膨出；
3. 伴病理性韧带松弛或关节僵硬，如艾当综合征、多发关节挛缩症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Teratogenic (congenital) hip dislocation.
2. With obvious muscle imbalance, such as meningocele.
3. With pathological ligament relaxation or joint stiffness, such as Ai Dyna syndrome, multiple joint contractures.
